Crochet with Kay
My Grandmother, who came from Ireland to Canada as a young woman, first taught me to crochet when I was 10 years old. She always created beautiful Irish Crochet pieces that I loved and thought were incredible.
Participating in Arts and Crafts has always been a part of who I am and I have been fortunate to be able to be a designer, a creator, a contributor, and a supporter of many different forms of Arts and Crafts for my entire life.
In addition to a lifetime of practice and lots of fun participation and experience, I am certified as a Crochet Instructor through the Craft Yarn Council (CYC) and member of the Crochet Guild of America (CGOA).
Through my independent business, I take great delight in my ability to teach others an art form I have always been very passionate about. It gives me immense enjoyment, pleasure and personal satisfaction helping others learn the traditional yarn craft of Crochet in all its various forms and at its many skill levels.
